As a team member I often felt tired with the possibility of becoming a high-performing team but never getting there. Sure in my private life I have experienced such a team - my jazzband, although we never described ourselves as a high perfoming team. I never had the idea that my team could influence the circumstances around us to become high-perfoming.

Always other people said, we should become high-performing. Do we really want that? We experienced being stuck as a team, although we made the best out of it together. And our teamcoach tried always to help us becoming better, but she wasnt able to create that circumstances too.
