Our mission is to create the conditions in which people in organizations and communities are empowered and enabled to evolve their complexity of mind, in order to meet these challenges.

We are passionately committed to helping progressive social systems develop the capacity to develop people and to create healthy, sustainable learning organizations.

We bring decades of combined experience as organizational consultants and coaches. Our work also draws from the ground-breaking book, Evolvagility: Growing an Agile Leadership Culture from the Inside Out, and from the many years developing and leading world-renowned leadership development cohort programs.
